Our people are our best asset and the foundation to our success; we strive to make our workplace as rewarding and enjoyable as possible.
Our core values permeate everything we do. We believe trust, quality, innovation, flexibility, and knowledge makes Delta a better place to work for everybody. We look for these attributes in our people, because we know our clients expect them from us. If your values align with ours, let’s make great things together.
What makes Delta a great place to work is pride in what we do, being innovative and helping each other out. Regular company BBQ lunches are a time for us all to come together, to keep everybody informed on Delta’s performance and thank our teams for their contributions.
We know family comes first. We offer flexible working hours so you can pick the kids up from school or work from home if needed. Delta is situated on the New South Wales Central Coast, only 30 minutes north of Hornsby via the M1 (there are no tolls and you’ll be against the traffic!).
At Delta, we are big enough to provide the training and opportunities to grow staff careers in a variety of fields, and we still take the time to learn about their individual interests and goals.
Our chosen company charity is the Starlight Children’s Foundation, and staff are given the opportunity to attend the annual Starlight Ball, Starlight Days and participate in fundraising events.
There’s no better way to foster pride in our people than by recognising and rewarding those that go above and beyond for Delta, their workmates and our clients. Our monthly poll recognises traits such as ‘Unsung Hero’, ‘Innovator’ and ‘Motivator’. Our staff’s well being outside of work is important to us. We give our people rewards they can share with their family and friends to really make a difference. Via our employee Rewards and Recognition program, staff have access to discounts at hundred’s of well- known retail brands, wellness and educational programs.
The Central Coast of New South Wales is located between Sydney and Newcastle and is an exciting place to live, work and play. It’s famous for its natural beauty, with 40+ beaches to choose from, national parks and bushland to explore, towns and villages to visit with a wide array of attractions, vibrant food and art scenes, weekend markets and purpose-built playgrounds for families of all ages. From feeding kangaroos at the Australian Reptile Park to experiencing one of the world’s longest roller coaster zip lines, there’s always something to do, no matter what it is that makes your free time enjoyable.
We are always on the lookout for exceptional people who are passionate about what they do. If learning about Delta has made you interested in working with us, we’d love to hear from you. It could be the best career decision you’ve ever made!
