PRODUCT BRIEF
To make sure we understand exactly what your vision and requirements are we need a Product Brief to ensure the right sensory experience and performance. Knowing your target market and your vision for packaging from the beginning of the process helps us create successful products.
DEVELOPMENT AND LAB BATCH
Once we have the brief, we will create a laboratory sample for your appraisal. Your feedback may provide an opportunity for further refinement, and once approved, we’ll design a process to incorporate all manufacturing and filling instructions before moving to production.
PILOT SCALE-UP AND COMMERCIAL BATCHES
If required, we can offer a pilot scale up, up to 30L. A successful pilot means you are ready to move to a commercial sized batch. Once your product is manufactured and passed by QC, we move to filling and packing.
FILL, PACK AND RELEASE
Next is scheduling your product for filling and packing, and finally, we release for supply. But only after a final QC check, meaning your product has met all finished product specifications.

This means accurate timeline planning for formulation, stability testing, manufacturing and shipping. Understanding forecasts and lead times for raw materials, packaging and external testing. Delta’s existing relationships with suppliers and knowledge of regulatory bodies’ processes helps us streamline each procedure and manage timeline expectation and releases.
